“This was my first project I ever posted on Elance and my first time working with CNCSOFT. My project was a very large and complex iPad app that used over 6 different public API's ranging from Facebook, to weather, to stocks... you name it. At first I was VERY nervous selecting them because of a potential language and time-zone barrier but I was happily surprised. Their entire team spoke good english and the time-zone issue was not a big problem. For any overseas company you work with, I highly recommend communicating to them via text on Skype instead of voice. It makes the communication between them clear and it is also documented if u use Skype and you forget if you mentioned certain features etc. If you currently have a day job its perfect because their 11 hours behind EST... so you can speak to them first thing in the morning which is roughly 9pm my time (EST). This was a 6 month long project in the making... and I still work with them today to make additions to my app. I designed the user interface myself and they followed the design fairly well. There were some minor hiccups nailing it down but it was nothing to worry about. I'm confident that they can make anything work. I love the fact that they are willing to go the extra distance to make minor additions to my app even when I did not include it in my scope of work. But I do try and compensate them for those changes none the less, since they are very reliable and will continue to work until the app runs the way it should. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get an app made and I wish you all the best!”

CNC did a fabulous job on my website (www.mattislegal.com). granted, it was a little difficult at time to get certain concepts across due to the language differences, but in the end, they gave me a fabulous finished product. The only reason the project was not on-schedule was due to the 12-hour time difference between the U.S. and Vietnam, which caused a lag in work. CNC was extremely responsive and always turned things around quickly.
